@otaku gurl despite Yi-ho still being a baby, he might've seen Cheong-ho getting anxious because of Yi-rim back in the hospital and might've reacted in a way that he didn't want to even touch Yi-rim anymore, he had also been in the hospital for about 2 weeks and Cheong-ho was the one taking care of Yi-ho at the time so maybe he couldn't remember Yi-rim anymore? (Sorry for the messy explanation lolz I'm writing this in the middle of the night)
