In the light novel, the story is only around Chapter 38, and Oscar won’t meet his first disciple, Lloyd, until Chapter 111. A lot still happens before that. After the current arc;
•Oscar first encounters Killian’s sibling—hence the Lockwood storyline.
•All level 3 mages will undergo a training camp at the White Tower, where Oscar serves as a professor.
•Then comes the Nightmare Baron incident,
•Followed by a visit to the Dwarven Palace
•Major reunion with Moira Maine (the alchemist of Blue tower).
•Oscar also helps improve the Delivery Department significantly.
•Afterward, there’s a collaboration with the Black Tower, (necromancy incident)
•Meeting the Sage of the Stars, and more training ensues.
Only after Oscar reaches level 4 will he be able to meet his first disciple, Lloyd, who is on the battlefield. Then followed by Shasha, who is now the tower master of White tower.

It feels like Sia hasn’t just reincarnated or regressed once but multiple times. In her first life—the one shown in the past—she had Rael and Lucy as her children.
