@Lillybird it's just extrovert thing. Though they don't do it with everyone they know who will be comfortable enough and behave like that with them. Pretty open minded and like sunshine you know. 
If you think about it if you Care about someone and even they are busy it will upset you it's not like blaming the other party it's just your feelings. It's constantly happening everyday I would be upset as well
