I think at the end of day it doesn't matter if he masturbated or not..Many couples do that..and they are fine with that level of intimacy..and if you are not sure..than I don't think you should talk about it..I think main problem is that you don't like him..at the end day..you should break up..because you two are in a relationship not your parents.
