@Natus silvae  but when he came out she was with him, so if she wasn't involved why put her there? She could have easily warped in there once it became clear that they were dealing with Red Death and they needed to escape immediately.

@Noona  so far it's permanent. We don't always view the other characters through the MC's eyes, but he views everyone like a pig all the time, no exceptions. 

Maybe that will change, but that's not certain.

He knows the guy is a good guy from before his regression, but since they didn't have any contact in this life, there would be no way that someone would trick MC with his voice, because they would have used the voice of someone they know MC has a connection with to trick MC.
