First of all, the fun of the "skill" trope is to have weak skill but overcome it with creativity, experience and will to stand with other op skill. This skill literally already had "cheat" name on it.
Secondly if they didn't understand what cheat is, then why the skill name show up as that? Might as well show up as "pizza ice cream" and it would still make the same reaction. Why bother naming it from something that the people on that world have no knowledge of?
