This city is show in jakarta,indonesia and the student in this chapter wore the real school uniform for upper secondary school in indonesia (white and grey) but im not sure if the school is a real too, probably the writer change its school name,but i know some of favorite school in jakarta and famous for rich and smart student.
In indonesia the word "kak" is used for older gender both males or females but in singapore and malaysia "kak" only used for females only.
