I think maybe you should try understanding why toxic bls are toxic because they shouldn't be the norm and make it difficult for unique stories that don't rely on toxic traits. It also normalizes the behavior and that's the last thing we want. 
But its not your fault, you're just accustomed to it and its become normal to you.

She's not wrong for doing that, she told him to leave but he still didn't want to. Why is she wrong for trying to get out of that lifestyle and revenge those who've hurt her?

It's clear that the characters in this yaoi are meant to be complex, there isn't a right and a wrong just a web of complicated reasonings and actions. 
Do-seong is a murderer no matter what you try to say, he still killed people and plans to continue. 
Many of these characters aren't black or white but gray. Most are just trying to protect themselves and those they care about. They're trying to survive. So stop acting like there's one villain and everyone else is a victim, it's getting annoying. 
I think you guys aren't ready for a story like this since you can't see beyond black and white and your clear misogyny directed toward the female character as well as your oversimplification of the two main characters' relationship only wanting them to "get together" like that's the only end goal. No wonder we have very few actual plot-driven yaois.
