What I can't help but wonder is:  How the he** is there a war in the future?  They've got all the most powerful races, all the resources, and now they have the most powerful weapons.  Even if some other country was stupid enough to start something, how could they possibly put up a fight??

Is it just me or does it seem like this chapter is missing a few pages?  Like, it seems like the chakram girl told a whole story about the history of her weapons that we just...  don't see.
