One last chapter before the story ends
Since the translation team didn't include the authors note at the end, I'll comment it here:
Due to the long-term serialization, the main writer has become ill due to overwork, and it is too difficult to draw the chapters at present. + There will be 3 "side stories" in the end, 2 which focus on Mujins time at the palace with Yusaran (that red haired insect dude).
The last side story is like a love confession by Mujin to Cho-ah, that talks about how he misses him after having been to war for a month. He writes how he's heard that Cho-ah is injuring himself again, and how it hurts his heart.

The last thing the story shows is Cho-ahs arms being chained with cuts all over them, and with his "wedding" ring being sewn into his finger.

After they leave the emperor's bedroom, Jisung tries to make Cho-ah leave with him, however Mujin keeps following them.
Cho-ah then tells Mujin that he doesn't want to be with him anymore, and tries to leave with Jisung.
Overtaken with anger, Mujin gets "possessed" by Sura then beheads Jisung and cripples Cho-ahs feet so he can't leave him.
Straight afterwards Mujin carries Cho-ah back to the palace, where he beheads the former Emperor and takes the throne.
The current emperor (Mujins brother) asks "Sura"(/Mujin) to have a fight with him, however ends up being killed by "Sura", making him the new emperor.
After killing the Emperor, Mujin takes Cho-ah in the palace bedroom where they have an argument [+ noncon s** scene]. Cho-ah asks Sura to kill him, but Sura tells him that his life is now Suras.
The 'main' story ends with Mujin/Sura being crowned as the Emperor, and Cho-ah being tied up to a cross filled with roses as a sacrifice.
Just as Mujin is about to behead him, he stops and ask Cho-ah if he's willing to live for him.
[Im not gonna spoil his answer to that though]
