she's Hyewon, you can tell if she's Hyewon by looking at her earrings.
Hyewon= blue earrings
yoosun= Red earrings
And yes, Hyewon is a flower maiden and her hair is short and white when she blooms.
(Though I don't know if her usual navy hair is a wig or her actual hair.)
