you have been dealing with so much for so long and you are still here still trying and that says a lot about you even if you do not see it

That honestly sounds so frustrating. Trying for months and still being made to wait would wear anyone down. I’m really proud of you for not giving up even though the system keeps letting you down.
I know waiting feels awful, but you still deserve support right now. If things ever feel too much or unsafe, please reach out to a crisis line because you don’t need an appointment for that.

I’m really sorry you’re feeling this way, and I’m so sorry about your sister. Losing someone like that can make everything feel pointless, especially when it feels like your family doesn’t know how to help anymore. That doesn’t mean you’re a lost cause or that this is how your story ends.
I don’t think you deserve to die in pain or silence yourself. You don’t have to face this alone, even if it feels like everyone’s given up, try talking to someone like a doctor or counsellor, you can pick up new hobbies too or find something to distract you from the pain your feeling now.
