Losing someone like that can make everything feel pointless, especially when it feels like your family doesn’t know how to help anymore. That doesn’t mean you’re a lost cause or that this is how your story ends.
I don’t think you deserve to die in pain or silence yourself. You don’t have to face this alone, even if it feels like everyone’s given up, try talking to someone like a doctor or counsellor, you can pick up new hobbies too or find something to distract you from the pain your feeling now.
