@Aimz as far I know there aren't any.  I searched before coz I couldn't take the miscommunication and slow burn as well. Waiting for weekly updates was driving me nuts!

@OmegaCakes  I keep telling myself I'd let it marinate, but I've only managed to wait for just 2 chapters. I don't have much will power when it comes to BOTWN. 😩

@Lonely Otaku I really like browsing through the comment section coz I get to pick up observations/insight that I didn't notice about what I'm reading.   It totally shed new light on the character/ scenario etc. I live for nuggets like these and it makes me appreciate the work and the author a lot more.

I think I started BL in 2021. Then resumed in 2024. Aside from keeping me from doomscrolling, it was mainly for procrastinating on my studies and relief from work.

And oh, English isn't my first language so if I'm rambling or I don't make much sense, I'm sowwwwie! 😩

@Lonely Otaku You're right. It is sensible to end it while they're still ahead rather than dragging it on and risk losing readers' interest.

I just randomly picked two titles. Thirst and Lucky Paradise. 
 As usual I didn't read any synopsis whatsoever and just dove in blindly. I like Lucky Paradise more than Thrist given that I just finished reading Open Board. Think of it as a palate cleanser of sort haha.

Between Payback and December Rain, the former seems daunting than the latter. Hahaha Let me know what you think when you finish reading. 😊

I like works that are little lewd too but too much somehow puts me off. If the story is really good, I'd just skim through the lewd scenes that I deem excessive.

Yeah that was horrible! After those scenes, I was bracing for the worst.  I also thought the crisis would drag out a bit since the villain was depicted as such a despicable person, but I guessed wrong. It got resolved rather quickly and the end came rolling so soon. Well I'm. glad that the main characters got to live "normally" but I dunno, I feel it was a bit rushed and lacking. Maybe I'm just nitpicking.
