She felt different bc her family circumstances were out of the ordinary compared to her classmates. It made her feel isolated and lonely. When u feel like that, all u want to be is normal so ppl can love and accept you. When she saw the black seal kiss another man which by her standards and unfortunately many others is "out of the ordinary". Fearing that the small village they live in will reject him, she intervenes in our two male lead's love life.
