We know that in the Omegaverse they have heat suppressants but I wonder if they have birth control? And if Omega use birth control to prevent pregnancy, that would be cool, and realistic.

@Poro I read a little bit further than this chapter in the novel, and Josh quickly makes an excuse saying he had to go to the store to get ingredients and there were many omegas at the store thats why he smells like an omega and Chase belived him. My theory is Josh could being going into heat soon, or could be pregnant or the most reasonable possibility is he need to take his heat surpressants.

@Log2 no need to worry, the site I keep track of most my mangas is normally correct and says there are a total of 25 chapters, so 5 more to go.
