he's not really interested. He's finds these girls attractive physically, but not romantically (may not be important to you, but clearly it's important to him), so every time they get physically close with him or want to spend time with him, he gets either flustered or frustrated (didn't want to go to the girl's house, didn't want to go to her concert, didn't want to go to the beach, ran away from a girl literally stripping in front of him). He also clearly puts his music being heard and appreciated as his main priority. That doesn't make him a cuck, that just makes him a socially awkward introvert who is being pestered by a particularly persistent and clingy extraverted airhead.
