This manhwa has the prettiest art. I need to read it many times to able to appreciate both the story line and art.
I always reread this manhwa because of how Dohui's love towards Seong Jae grows and changes. The manhwa started with Dohui's feelings towards Seong Jae. He was using ghosts but eventually later on in the story he had to pay the price for. It's sad what he went through over the centuries, but I would like to think that as karma for him as well. Eventually he gets his happy ending because of his growth.
He is such a tsundere lol. He wants to be mean to him but he can't because he's already developing a soft spot for him
Why people assume they're drowning lol. I love this kind of ending because the ending depends on how readers perceived it. If you think this end tragically, then yes they're drowning.

If you think this is a happy ending, then yes, Dooshik saves Jooha from drowning, and Jooha finally remembers him. In the end they're together finally
Reading this made me realized that he actually interested with Inseob when he learnt he was saved twice by him. But he couldn't take how contradict Inseob is, as to plot some kind of revenge against him.

Also interesting that later on he also admits himself that he's the one that's more obsessed of him than Inseob when they are in a relationship. It's like him saying in the relationship, he is the one who loves more.

Forgot to mention, I remember reading a chapter where he went crazy at the hospital because of how Inseop almost die. At that chapter I could finally see that while he doesn't have feelings for other people, he could go to extreme end whenever it involves Inseop cause Inseop is like his switch. You will see this becoming more significant as the novel progress. Very rare that reader could understand what the heck is going on with Wooyeon's head because novel is written mainly from Inseop's POV.

@Mimi it depends on chapter. I personally had to stop reading it for a while because it can be quite triggering. Also because I can't handle Woo Yeon treatments towards Inseop. I have to remind myself again and again that he is actually not normal lmaoo. Wooyeon I understand how he is batshit crazy. But I could never understand why Inseop let himself to be treated like that (also how he falls in love with Wooyeon). Eventually Wooyeon also had to battle with himself btwn his desire/obsession and him wanting to protect Inseop

@antagonist  is the novel worth reading ?...
In the novel he's even crazier and darker. You guys need to remember he has APD. Not justifying his actions but I am just warning ahead of time that he is capable of things crazier and worst than this. The ML in this manhwa isn't supposed to be lover dovey at all.
Either they're too lazy to draw different characters or both Seunghyun and director kwon are related. I am not even surprised if they're related because the way they fight with each other also are like siblings. Like they hate each other but at the same time they will turn to each other for help

Lol also just wants to add he's very protective of her meaning he doesn't want her to work hard, be in a position where things would be harmful for her. He's not mad at her. He's mad at the fact that he couldn't figure out how to not put Maxi in that situation since it's Maxi's request. Being protective is ok. But the problem with both of them is they have a lot of things to explain about each other esp Maxi. Riftan actually is very understanding if Maxi explains everything to him. You can see this in the novel when Riftan finally finds out Maxi's reality. They really cried their hearts out.

@water drop Riftan actually loves Maxi so dearly. He just doesn't know how to express it well and that's why he pampers her with a lot of things. When Riftan almost die, the thought of Maxi was what made him pull through all the struggles. Maxi is his saviour and that's why he's very protective of her. He doesn't know Maxi's reality because in his eyes, Maxi is someone who is out of his league. The fact that he marries her, is still something that he wasn't able to comprehend.

@Euntaetiddies lol the novel is slow pace. Last I read was his POV and then life catches up but idk where in the chapter the story is right now.

You should also read the chapter when he finds out about Maxi's abuse.

@antagonist da**, now i'm curious. i might read the novel after this....
I never expect him to grow to a character like this. I thought he's like common manhwa seme where he will abused uke first. However right from the start he never really show any contempt towards Youngjin. Even when Youngjin backstabbed him, he didn't punish Youngjin for it. He was a bit grey in character because he protect what's his and didn't start any unnecessary conflicts with other party. I guess that's why we keep seeing him playing that mobile phone game, to show that he's chill if nothing provokes him.

I wouldn't say he's a green flag. But if he needs to be violent to protect things that matter to him he will do it. Him and Youngjin is a perfect pair. They both would be willing to do anything for each other.

@HeadGiver69 do they need to? The fact that he's willing to go to extreme just for him tells a lot. I think I do read in a chapter where he questions himself why he does all that for Youngjin, and after that he doesn't care anymore, sort of admitting that he's in fact in love with Youngjin ot whatever omega alpha bond they have.

I never understand their job with all that millions going on. I guess it is smuggling?? I am also scared if something going to happen during his pregnancy. Because I don't think he can separate from Seunghyun anymore. He is very emotionally attached to him and vice versa

After reading the novel now I understand where does all the fan drawings comes from lol. I mean they're not exactly healthy. But I think the way the story unfolds about their relationship is kind of expected. The title of this manhwa is not for Inseop but it's actually for Yeon Woo.
