It's a completed manhwa that goes on like this:
A weak main character in solo leveling like world came to learn magic, become op,  so op that he build his own country. The government is cautious around him, even the whole world .I remember something magician in the title,  I really don't know.

This is the only thing I remember about it and said I will re read it but my dumb mind forgot the title.
