You can help submit a report by clicking that bug icon next the save button on the bottom of the chapter. There's an option for chapters appearing in wrong order

I wish this site (n others) actually ban the mtl uploaders if possible cause it seems tiring to keep putting up placeholders and giving false expectations to the readers. And most readers are not that patient n kindhearted to understand the intention even tho we'll suffer from illegible translation
