I personally loved it and the FL is actually strong + smart

Its a good read but has nearly no action whatsoever and the ML fall in love a bit too quick but other then that its good

Id give it 3.5 not 3. Its a decent manhwa albeit generic and some problems like the author adding a plot device for the sake of having the fl do things a normal person wouldnt so its slightly predictable but all in all not bad just not the greatest.
