@Raspberry Plum yeah... I think it's best for you to make better friends (I'm sorry if this sounds mean. I don't know how else to phrase it.) From your comment, I can tell that you're a very sweet person so don't you ever think that the reason why they're doing this to you is your fault. As for my problem, it's very compliacted. My "friend" was always jealous of me which completely contradicts this possibilty. She always got jealous even when I greeted my classmates and when they talked to me. She made a nickname for me. "Miss popular", it sounds nice but trust me it wasn't. This was also mockery and at first I thought she was complimenting me but turns out that she wasn't. She got jealous when my classmates or teachers complimented me and always had a fake smile which would disappear as soon as I turned back for a few secs. She still was a good friend in some ways though. That's why I dislike her even more. Despite her shi*** personality and awful remarks, I always considered my friend. She was the one who befriended me but also the one who ended our 2 years friendship. She could've addressed the problem to me but she didn't and neither did my other friends.

@Raspberry Plum From what I see, your friends of 10 years are definitely very used to having you in their friend group. You mentionned that they make fun of you because you've become quiet but I think they're saying that just because they're not used to your new self. They've been with you for so long and have seen you change so much that they didn't realize how uncomfortable you were getting and how much you changed. Now that they've matured up a bit (hopefully), they feel your changes. Whether they like you or not is not something I can say so myself but if they're hurting you then you must address the problem and if they still don't listen then gtfo of there because I'm telling you- You're going to be the only one suffering. I recently got rid of 3 "friends" of mines. Well, they just started ignoring me and me, someone who never doubted them, followed them like a dog. It really hurt me because they'd been ignoring me since summer break just because I hung out with my other good friends. Do I not have the right to enjoy my days with them? My friends I've known way longer than those azzholes? I hung out with my ex-friends for 2 whole years and rarely got to see my good friends yet they said I was a two-faced b!tch when the one who called me that was herself one!! She'd been ridiculing me on insta for such an immature reason. I have more stories to tell about her yet I've never talked bad about her to anyone let alone ridicule her in front of others even when she hurt me. Honestly, that fat*** can go elsewhere. I'm sure snakes would want her.
