but tbf chinese is the hardest languages to translate to proper english (thy use a lot of idioms and metaphors which doesnt make sense in english) plus the translators arent paid so they only really do it for the fun of it, good for us.

@Cookie yeah chinese is very difficult to translate into english. 
but basically, mc's school had a sort of collab with wenhua city n1 middle school (the top school in the country), they can watch live videos of the other class (bc they have the best teachers and recources so its very helpful to students), mc fell in love with ml at first sight, the principal said that whoever gets the top score can transfer to the wenhua school for a year, so mc worked hard for the first spot to get a chance so to see ml irl.
