@Dizzzv As Said by author if they ever interact they would hate eachother becouse they would see they'r flaw and things they hate in one another, its something that happens with us did you ever wander way you don't like certain people .

@Jjk So The officer knew him from the police station the brother always came there but didnt say nothing and this made the officer care for him so one day he followed him home and that night Haeil (the officer,)  was attacked  by the drugged father then he couldn't do nothing cus he fatted making Impossible to do anything to help the brother of the Top , so people assumed he fled and he is now blamed for the death .
