I don't think it's the translation only. The story is messy. Last chapter the Blond doctor said he loved MC and asked MC to move in with him and forget about Nara. MC feels something is off and goes to Nara's place only to find it in a havoc, furnish overturned and Nara missing. Then he finds a drug container on the floor, the same kind he had been receiving the past few days from the Blond guy. So MC calls blond guy and accuses him of doing something to Nara.

In this chapter we skip 2 years. MC is living at the same place (Nara's place?) hoping that Nara will show up again. He's apparently a teacher in elementary school. Nara does show up. MC asks what happened to Nara and he says he doesn't want to talk about it. MC is happy Nara is at least OK. They start fuc**** and Nara confesses to MC. Chapter ends.
