Ok for everyone who's confused bout the changes I'll explain, so this manga has 2 versions
The original which follows closely to the anime with some bits the from the light novel, also it's the version we've been reading up till 25 I think
The other version (after the rain) is a spin off based on the light novel and bonus content but the contents of the original still take place( just not as part of the main plot), after the rain also covers the time in between scenes of the main plot. Hope that helped feel free to ask questions
Note: read the spin off separately from the upload its better that way

Personal opinion but I like this more than the season 2 of the anime because the intimacy and advances by mahiru feel more natural, less forced or rushed this style of flirting matchs their personalities better, in season 2 it just feels like they're ho***

Loved it up until the last few chapters felt rushed and as if several chapters were missing it feels like they literally jumped to this point no build up

What's the point in him hiding his face if people recognize him instantly like there was never a moment when some didn't recognize even if the last time they saw him was when he was a kid mercenary plus he still covered his face back then
