so if u ever wanna do an** boy or girl or tree doesn't matter, you/ur partner hear is how:
• have a good fibre diet 
• empty ur stomach before doing it
• Use an en*** or douche to clean ur insides
• and stretch ur self out slowly and carefully
• go at your own pace do not rush urself
• and remember kids there is no such thing as too much lube
