He never cheated on anybody, bcuz he's never been exclusive with any of them. After the first time he slept with jo, he went to TJ's hotel room and they ended up having s**, then jo stans started $lut shaming him from that day and then jo himself before going home, when he came back (with a gun to use against TJ) he told Ian accept me don't push me away, I don't demand all your attention, what does it mean? I'm okay if I'm not gonna be the only one. Then he went to the funeral and slept with TJ, again Jo fans started calling him $lut, it's always Jo stans calling him a trashy $luty bottom when he's with TJ like this chapter, when he was never exclusive with jo, this is like their defence mechanism when he's with TJ and they can't tolerate it, and they can't comprehend that THIS is a love triangle story, even jo would be LAUGHING hearing these. He was clinging to him so that he wouldn't go sleeping with someone else or finding TJ, you wouldn't do that when you know yourselves as EXCLUSIVE or being in a RELATIONSHIP!

He doesn't even KNOW about Ian's traumas, he knows NOTHING about Ian.
He didn't ask him anything.
That's why he couldn't help him in any way and he himself lost it in chapter 71-72
He can NOT handle Ian and his life.

That's why he manipulated yw into don't go looking after TJ, and he thought I became more obsessed with YOU after learning about TJ's existenc!
Its like he sees himself in a competition with TJ, for him it's not all about Ian 
THIS is healthy love??
For TJ it's all about Youngwoo.
And jo blaming and guilt-tripping yw when sth went wrong in his life and not thinking its bcuz of him being clingy when yw said nothing good will come of you being with me and he said it's okay don't say that don't push me away, and then choking him and blaming "that man" TJ too.
He said I'll give up EVERYTHING for you but few hours after he faked sleep and let him go all alone, now they're mad why he's with TJ who left in the middle of meeting (that he was waiting and preparing for it for some time and he came in there knowing they're gonna do sth to him), to find yw. 
He came to find him and that's why they're together, let them be mad about it all they want.

I wish I could find a guy like TJ in real life, someone who was there for me when everybody left me, and saved me from the he** I was in and most likely I was bound to die in it, giving up his dream and normal life for me, all while being my friend and NOT expecting anything.
on the contrary, guys like jo are every where who manipulate and sl^t shame you and they're "nice" when everything is going smoothly as they want, as soon as sth goes wrong they start blaming, belittling and choking you.

And Ian literally just said he felt MISERABLE after TJ left him alone
What about jo manipulating him that I saw you here by accident in chapter 32 And manipulating him to not to look for TJ, cuz he knew he's in love with TJ
Then again manipulating him that it's all "that man"s fault after blaming Ian himself and choking him
