Basically, this is the OG ML, like where he originated from. Our MC transmigrated all the wayyy back to that era, and is now playing the villainous prince who humiliates and bullies ML. However, this ML does NOT have past memories as the others regained (at least not this early in the era) but does have the mind reading. 

OG ML suffers a tragic life, bullied and hated by everyone (what he thinks), and eventually during a crucial moment (monster fight) he awakens his power, and thus his journey of going to the top and revenge starts, Villain prince dies due to this. 

However since MC transmigrated and transfers some of his power to ML, ML is now having a sooner reawakened of his power, his MC is now trying to push foward. 

MLS end goal is fake the villainous princess death so MC doesn't actually die but also follows the plot.
