Sorry but every time i try to search up a manhwa like it doesnt show up bc underneath it says active filters and it says what i just searched up, am i missing something or how do i disable it

hii so i dont usually use mangabuddy, i use this other site but i wanna transfer my list onto here and im wondering if theres a thing where u can add the manga into a section called "reading" or "already read" or do i add it into one big list and it sends me notifications if it updates?
