Okay so I got the main top confused with the brother,I thought the brother was the 2nd toxic male lead. I'm so confused

So i saw a comment saying they are ugly, they aren't  "ugly" they just look....easy to draw. It's hard to tell the main top apart from the (im assuming) second toxic top,  because they look identical from how the same drawing method was done. Though I will continue to read it because I ran out of good BL to read and im trying to see if I can slowly get comfortable with the art style. It's too early to truly know what the storyline is about
