@Stardust I'm not sure. I based what I said of the title of the manhwa itself, containing both regressor and Reincarnator words which are not the same even tho some may confuse between them.
The man we saw in his dreams clearly lived in a modern world which I assume had no mana or magic and stuff. So regressing many times to the past wouldn't work because he needs to have reincarnated, meaning he needs to have switched worlds. I'm just assuming that this is his third life not the second and the fact that he is the chosen one with the system is because he's essentially from another world.
