whenever i read these high school fight club manwhas i always think about how this sh** would never fly irl. those "nerd" characters would just columbine the place or burn it down.

female lead that doesn't pick up on basic human interactions and basic common sense with her her mental trauma as the reason why, "why did he react that way???" idk lady  maybe you should actually think about that instead of just being confused about it.

male lead that is well established as a cheating scumbag but the minute the plot needed him to be the ML he's all of a sudden caring and protective and w/e.

basically it's not very well written IMO.

the translation is not very good.

the writing(translation?) isn't very good and the whole thing is very rushed. plus the story is bone dry bog standard so them rushing it is a double whammy of not good.

what a true shame. the psychological horror stuff for the first season/half of second season is good as fu** but the 3rd season does a complete 180, totally throws away all of what it's built up and just makes it another "royal family politics romance drama" manwha. they must have gotten a new author or something because the 3rd season literally drops this from an 8/10 to like a 4/10. shoulda just ended it at the end of second season

I don't know if i love the way the story played out especially at the end but the overall writing is pretty good, the art is good AND consistent, and it was overall pretty well written if a bit rushed. you really just don't see korean webtoons that keep a consistent quality and then END when the story is over. 8/10 finally some decent fuc**** food.

honestly there were a few issues i had with the writing now that i'm thinking about it. some small contrived tropes, some weird rushed parts, translation issues, and so on. BUT when every other manwha has some combination of dogass writing, dogass translations, or gets axed 50 chapters in, i'm willing to over look my issues. 7/10 so still pretty good and definitely above average.
