@Sayori Yuno used up his own mana reserves, yes, but he used the mana around him. its shown early on in the series that they can do that, as its also what enables Mana Zone.

Tabata genuently skipped like 100 or so chapters to give us a fanservice ending but im not mad about it. wished it got a better, less rushed conclusion, but Demand for BC is low in Japan and the author has kids to take care of.

@Apol15 Kizashi doesnt regenerate, they have a certain amount of Lives on their chest, and spend one after each death. once the count hits 0, they die completly.
