@rulerofrealms in most relationships not expressing the problem and finding a solution together is indeed how things deteriorate, so it's important to communicate even in the moment of anger. I've heard a couple saying that they have a rule when they fight that there is a certain number of seconds where one states the problem and suggests a solution and the other does the same thing while listening to each other. Tbh I'm thinking of using this method later when I get married 😅
