He does everything to get someone to read the book for him. In the process he helps some nice "people" and upgrades his skills. P.S. By the way if he kills Vysis now, the manga should end.

This evil Vysis (cam't call her a goddess)! The picture now is totally different. It's not that the lower ranked heroes are useless, she just wants to have few heroes in numbers and choses the strongest. Maybe she wanted to kill the hero because he actually possesses powers to kill her? After all if these type of powers were useless why she protects herself against them? Also now I get why she is irritated by Sogou so much. It isn't because she hasn't get certain powers yet. She is afraid of her group because she is the only true lider when it comes to a group. Her people slowly but level up & gain expirience. It tomorrow she wants to kill Sogou most of her group would fight for her & give their lives. The only group that can make a rebellion.
