@Yumi I ship him with Anette. She loves him and is a great person. They have many opposites in the character, but as a couple they will help each other for the balance.

The hero can't kill Vysis now because she has protection against his skills. He needs to read the spells in the book. He does everything to get someone to read the book for him. In the process he helps some nice "people" and upgrades his skills.
P.S. By the way if he kills Vysis now, the manga should end.

I skipped every chapter just scrolling thru the images coz the cliche in this manga is so unbearable...
Why noone askes her that if she can downgrade someone from level S to B, why she doesn't upgrade the lowlevered heroes up?

It's not that the lower ranked heroes are useless, she just wants to have few heroes in numbers and choses the strongest.
Maybe she wanted to kill the hero because he actually possesses powers to kill her? After all if these type of powers were useless why she protects herself against them?
Also now I get why she is irritated by Sogou so much. It isn't because she hasn't get certain powers yet. She is afraid of her group because she is the only true lider when it comes to a group. Her people slowly but level up & gain expirience. It tomorrow she wants to kill Sogou most of her group would fight for her & give their lives. The only group that can make a rebellion.
