I know why lewis is not telling him about his disease i know he might be thinking that he doesnt care anymore, but still communication is something they are lacking even tho i know adolf is shi*** person but he have the right to know about lewis disease but still i think many people or even lewis will think that if he told adolf about his disease he will start to care of him out of pitty or regret .
