It isn't said to be based on someone or something but is written by an author who has the creativity to write this master piece. I know it makes you mad that I said it is just a book but in the end what is happening is not literally happen in real life in real time to someone that the author knows I think. If it is, then I am wrong but what us known is that these characters are fictional, people who have metal issues.
