@Aiko honestly the best explanation i have is they seem to know each other for a long time and I'd guess mako fell first so the situation is something along the lines of mako liked him for some time and got attached and confessed and the guy basically got that as a chance to use him and make him more attached and so mako is kinda used to him acting like an a*hole and + he doesn't wanna let go of the happiness andpeace he has so he's gaslighting himself

@Galactic Navy Officer I assumed that's because another g** probably allowed the otherworld people to summon earthlings so he can't interfere with it without the othergods permission 

Cause if you think about it such a powerful spell to cross I assume galaxies should be a gods power

@StealthyShovel iro the one who has  silver hair died once and the mage did a spell so she resurrected and came back to life.
But the spell wasn't done perfectly so iro will die after some time 
That's why the mage is so stressed

@bibliophage well it kinda makes sense as when she isn't there the world will naturally follow the original flow of the novel and as we know it was a tragedy

I recommend you to read from the start as it's just 30 something chapters from 445 chapters translated
And trust be when I say you'll get addicted to reading it 
At least I did

Plus there are a lot of additional information that is left out in the manhwa while their present in the novel
