@Luv D I figured it was like a merit system. He would have killed much more but those corpses just were what they recovered. It's likely that they have to claim a corpse for payment and the corpse had to be analyzed to make sure it's actually their kill. Which could lead to them noticing the differences in sword technique and skill level. Sorry drank and energy drink too quickly so I'm over typing lol.
