@byunjaes what I understood was ...haewon had weak dominant genes and during that period it got worse as both of his parents would release their dominant pheromones....so rn his pheromones gland is severely damaged and he needs check up regularly( that was also shown in earlier chapters) so he is saying that I already think you(his parents) every time I go to secondary s** clinic and it makes me throw up.. As in he is remembered of what his parents have done to him and how they don't care for him.
