Realistically Skull Great could just take over entire businesses wherever he wanted. Could just flash his power a bit and many women would flock to him or try to win his favor either by being forced or willing.

I think this was a good pivot from the author. Him teleporting and moving around adds some freshness to the story. But it also makes it easier to mess up the story. So we'll see if there's a reason this hasn't gotten a release in years.

Honestly, I think part of the issue with the series is that having the MC be dense/clueless for hundreds of chapters can get a bit old. Especially the more obvious it is. Having a mechanic where the MC constantly gets teleported to different realms over and over and only has short adventures in each one would probably be a way to make it even possible to stretch it out for thousands of chapters. Would just not be able to keep side characters around him too long. They have to come and go, too much exposure of any one character begs the question how the MC stays so dumb.
