Now that I think about it, my fifth re-read of this made me think that both endings are good endings

Because the first ending, they died together
While the second, which this is a spoiler so don't read this if you don't wanna get spoiled

[And in the second ending, they get married together] 

So technically, both endings are good😊

Even though I've read this 5 times already, the ending still gets me, I know  there's another ending but still,  I'll continue to cry

Yk what I just realized? 

MC is bound to die. 
Like, Miho only brought MC back when he was 25(if I'm right) and at the age of  30-something, he got cancer... 

Though like what Miho said, MC's twin sister has all the vitality, which was supposed to be for MC, wouldn't that mean the twin sister was actually the one who was meant to get the cancer? .. 

And the fact MC can now increase his vitality, would that mean history with repeat itself but one factor is different, MC won't get cancer, but his sister?...
