In one episode I think he kisses Yoonbum or gives him a BJ and throws up right after. So- Yoonbum likes Sangwoo romantically but Sangwoo doesn't see/think of him that way. It's basically Stockholm Syndrome & Lima Syndrome combined into an angsty, gorey manhwa.
