Rereading for the like 100th time because this never fails to tug on my heartstrings

Idk every view months I try to come back to this manga because I truly can't tell if I like it or hate it.
I see bit dies of the comments while I 100% agree it is kinda creepy to see a little kid (I'm guessing he around 10/11 at most) doing these stuff and I totally can see some weird pedos getting off on it. I think the whole aspect of struggling with the feelings and desires is so hard especially at such a young age and that people DO actually feel it. It's not like just one day the wake up gay yk?
in short do I think it's needed? Kinda 
do I think they probably could've handled it in a way that wasn't so.. off putting? Yes
do I think the translator did the absolute WORST thing by referring to it as a "peepee"? 10000% ye

I keep coming back to this maga, phenomenal if you ever think you don't like it just keep reading trust it's so good
