@pisstopher it was already explained though not directly. Remember the chapter where things are sorting out with Hyun and Jaesung then found out that Siwoo and Hyun's friend slept together? Hyun isn't affected by that right, instead he also confessed that he also like guys since before. Then Siwoo asked (?) why didn't he let Siwoo know, that's when it was explained why (maybe) Hyun is calling Siwoo at his sleep; Hyun told them that he witnessed a guy confessed to Siwoo but Siwoo rejected the guy and threatened that guy's life. (So maybe he thought that Siwoo is homophobic and he got scared of Siwoo not being his friend anymore if Siwoo finds out he is gay. Remember, Hyun also stated that Siwoo's the only friend he's got since he didn't have a good childhood). I also think that Hyun called Siwoo while sleeping cause something intimate happened between him and Jaesung at the time and was afraid of Siwoo finding out about it.

Ps: Sana nagets, medj obob ako mag explain pag English. Basta sa atin: natakot si Hyun na malaman ni Siwoo na gay siya since nasaksihan nga nya kung paano bantaan ni Siwoo yung nag confessed (which turned out na obsessed pala yung nag confessed kay Siwoo and creepy pa). So ayun feeling ko, na misunderstood ni Hyun yung ginawa ni Siwoo, naisip nya na homophobic yung nag iisang naging kaibigan nya. Kaya ayun baka nakonsensya na may nangyari sa kanila ni Jaesung since iniingatan nya nga na wag malaman ni Siwoo na gay sy(kaya siguro hanggang panaginip, nabanggit nya name ni Siwoo)
