He is not being taught a lesson, he is being abused and beaten until he loses his mind; its an act of dehumanization; he's quite literally losing automomy. Revenge r*pe is no better than r*pe is; in the end, both are a disgusting act of violence against a human's bodily autonomy and causes lifelong trauma. and while the artstyle is nice, the story is still a depiction of a disgusting phenomenon, and the fact that there are people talking about both characters as if they 'deserve' anything that is happening to them is just as disgusting. By all means, the story is depicting TONS of psychological aspects of trauma inflicted from s*xual abuse and assault, and is doing so very well---even the stockholm syndrome on both sides. However, no one is seeing it as such. Ts is power p*rn. It's gross. Y'all are viewing this as "arrogant mc getting what he deserves" and "gorgeous ml getting justice" and "enemies to lovers", when really, both are in the wrong, both are psychologically f*cked, and this is not a romance. It's fetish slop that happens to have themes that actually make sense. THAT is why. Your view is shallow, and your review shows just as much.
