@haraan kazim I think it's because it's art that the question is asked. He's expressing himself artistically when he plays, so self-understanding probably contributes to his expression. On the other hand, maybe it's all mechanics and skill in reality they could be thinking of something totally mundane while playing.

It's a matter of whether you consider music a matter of craftmanship/skill or an emotionally driven art thing I guess.

Reminder that criticising a thing that you like isn't the same thing as criticising your personal taste, I did not find this chapter romantic even if I do like the main couple together; in the same way a dish can be too spicy or not spicy enough depending on the person who eats it, I found this development between them very forced and the gratuitous sexualisation of the characters offputting to point where I couldn't ignore it for the sake of the story.

That doesn't mean you're not right to like it and feel it was romantic! But me saying 'I didn't like how this was written/this was too smutty' is not invalidating of your right to feel the opposite way. Your demand that I validate a section of the manga that wasn't to my taste and that I feel could've been done better if it hadn't had so much focus on this element isn't something I'm willing to accede to at all. You claim you understand I have a right to my own taste and then demand that I praise the scenes I didn't like and found exceeded my tolerance levels for fanservice just because the couple got finally together during those scenes. What the heck! Please leave me alone now.
