It's an anime and a manga, it's called Cherry Magic (or Magic Cherry it doesn't matter) and it's unfortunately only 12 episodes. It's high key freaky in the beginning but nothing happens and the dub is pretty funny and it's mainly just fluff but you do get some angst near the end. The anime is on crunchyroll or 9anime and the manga is obviously on this site, manga.go or physical form.
