Hot take but I feel bad for the FMC, I know about the gang grape was very wrong. Like I was graped and SA and it made me feel sick to my stomach. But from her home life and her school like she doesn't exactly had a good role model at all. She is surrounded by horrible friends and bad people. Psychologically, this would play out almost the same. It kinda shows in a warped way everyone's flaws and shows that everyone has some type of evil. Maybe I feel this way cause I can sympathize with her finding her validation in others even if it's sexual favors, I did that when I was 11 till 17 because I was SAed and r@ped. Because I was younger that 11 when it both happened, I had the warped judgement that that's all I was worth and I would crave validation in almost the same manner.

@Fly away plus with trashta admitting to Navier that she wants to be like her it would further prove that it would reflect badly on Navier if she got upset that trashta would copy her. Many ppl copy others due to wanting to be like them. It's a sign of respect. So doing that it would reflect poorly if she did something

@sleepingsheep plus with everyone paying attention to the new concubine the empress would possibly get jealous and try to sabotage but due to attention being paid to by trashta by her facade to the ppl, the idea would try shot out of the water

@Fly away if you think about it the empress is the only person the emperor pays attention to unless he gets a concubine, so if he gets a concubine that 'love' or 'attention' wouldn't be hers any more. So it would be concluded as jealousy for the concubine so an empress (not Navier in this stance) would copy the concubine to gain that love or attention back. Plus in the eyes of the subjects or the guests a mere concubine couldn't think that up due to the difference in knowledge between a concubine and empress.
