@Kim Rok Soo It's basically a character from the internet called "Skibidi toilet" (Basically a guy's head with a buzz in a toilet, just search it up. It's cursed and makes zero sense but it has "lore" apparently since it's a series??? Idk) It originated from the YouTube series "Skibidi Toilet".
It's brain rot and brain rot basically describes the deterioration of a person's intellectual state because of excessive consumption of low-quality online content (so basically literally "brain" & "rot") and because they watched it so much people started using it as an expression and it spread like wildfire because it became popular.
It's a popular Gen Alpha slang, they use it every time they see something funny basically and can mean "good, bad, cool, or weird" depending on the context of the situation.
